I have a feeling i'm gonna be screwed by a local airline company on their holiday package they offered. I tried so many times to contact their call center for two days. Then sent email to their contact center even to their destination branch. Finally, got a chance to talk to a call center staff and what she told me was they gonna call me back. Hours passed, still have not received any call.
I can tell you most of the call centers in this area are poorly managed. They keep you waiting and make empty promises.
Once confirmed being screwed (which i hope not cause it's my honeymoon trip)... I will publish the whole story for your information... Until then.. :)
