Back in 2009, a day before I got my Nikon D90. I had a chance to shoot this smiling face in the sky,Have a nice day.
This evening I saw a quite similar one, the only different was it was losing its left eye. went up the roof with gear just now,hoping for having at least a shot but found out I have lost my sense of direction. I don't think we will see a complete one for now.
Had dinner with my wife...and without Sidney....(How sweet :) )
..but still... Mummy couldn't fully concentrate on the food because of missing Sidney so much...that is why we always sing 'mum is the best in the world.....daddy was enjoying the time with mummy and not missing Sidney that much...

Read a book (人体使用手册) and started to have doubts with western medication. Anyway, let us leave that topic alone.
This post is not for that argument but tell you about what that book mentioned about 'how to trigger your recoverable system in your body.'
First thing you need to do is 'SLEEP EARLY AND WAKE UP EARLY.'
I would say sleep between 9pm and 11pm is the best choice.
It is really hard to do this in this age but if you wanna trigger your recovery system you would need to at least try.
