It is a confirmation that the water level does matter for the water pump to run perfectly.
If you are planning to get a SOC meter for your solar power system, please DO not get this! It is incapable of reporting the right SOC not to mention the SOC of a battery bank.
Found that in certain water level, the extreme water pump will stop pumping the water to the growbed, have place the smaller water pump just in case. Yes, running on two pumps to speed up the flushing.
In future, might need to increase the voltage for both of them when additional growbed is to be added.
Have another harvest tonight, now left only 20% in the growbed...would try to leave it for now to see if those ladyfingers will grow faster.
The duckweed growing was a failure might need some contingency plan for that. Well still thinking...
Found that the duration for siphon reaction cycle had been delayed, from 6:11mins to almost 10mins, this means that there's only 6 cutoffs in an hour. This is not a good sign might need to put an additional pump or step up the voltage for current pump.
Whenever you are planning to have a parallel battery bank for your solar power system, remember to charge all the batteries individually until fully charged. Fully charged means charged them full then rest them for an hour then measure their volt.. The reading must be 12.8 and above.
The reason I post this is because I was struggling with the unequal battery capacity in a parallel battery bank last week.

The duckweed is a good food source for the tilapia which I am planning to grow for my tilapia instead of feeding them the 'chemicals' bought from the aquarium. As for the solar power, recently the weather started to get warmer and hotter, the energy produced sometimes reaches 1.2kw which mean I have plenty of power to run some other appliances.
Was really excited by the outcome last night and worked until 2am just to solve the siphon cutoff issue. Wala... It is now history and the siphon works like a champ and will flush and drain every 10mins.
However, would like to test on a higher rate inflow rate after complete putting up the solar power monitoring system.
Note that, the siphon was purchased online.

4. Small volume controllers
5. Water balloon for the tank
Just connect them together and will have a 24/7 watering system for the plants.
As a backup, a water balloon is placed in the middle of the tank (where the water pressure is enough to make the system running) whenever the rain water is not sufficient to support the system.
Have this painful experience on trying to encrypt my sdcard under setting. The problem is after encrypted it, none of the multimedia files etc are accessble..all corrupted.
